Step 2: Join online

You will now use the online form from Linux Foundation to complete the Trust Over IP joining process.

As part of the process you will need to set up a Linux ID if you don’t already have one. There are instructions on setting up a Linux Foundation account if desired (follow step 2 onwards).

Notes for Contributor level members

1. You can choose whether to join as an individual or as an organization. If joining as an individual, select the Organization “Individual – No  Account” where it asks for “Organization Name” on the organization information step.
2. It will ask you for a billing address. Even though a contributor level membership is a $0 fee membership, we still need your address to correctly set up your membership account.
